Had a issue with my app
Had a issue with my app . Ten emails later I still get an email asking me what’s the problem ? Can I give further information ……terrible service …. Just more automated crap …… it’s very poor
Unable to get account verified in any way
I am a university lecturer and I am unable to get my account verified, despite several attempt. They ask me to send them an official document including the University name and logo, date, watermark and my name, but despite I have sent this several times, they keep asking for the document to be sent over and over. Under the U.K. common law, they are obliged to accept the document I have sent as this is considered a valid proof of identity and address, but they persist in breaching the law. I am also a disabled person and I am really struggling to get this approved. I think it’s absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful. It may be good for students, but definitely not for staff.

Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous. Needed to verify my student status again and every document I send wasn’t good enough. Unfortunately some universities or colleges do not give out personal student email adresses to their students nor do they give out studentpasses with beginning and end date of your study on it. If you do not have this you are basically scr*wed and they will not let you verify your status and you will not get any of the discounts. This ‘company’ is absolutely disgusting.

Unidays makes goods a third MORE EXPENSIVE
I am a full time student. To do my course I could do with a GoPro (it’s a music tech degree). I saw that unidays members get 20% discount. I joined. Before membership and discount code £329.98 for the GoPro 10. AFTER using my unidays code the price WENT UP TO £433.98. What a bargain NOT!
£103 more. I guess students doing a maths degree will un-join unidays pretty quickly

Absolutely HORRENDOUS!
Absolutely HORRENDOUS!
Firstly, I’ve been a member throughout all of highschool and now throughout University. A couple of days ago I went to verify my account for my fourth and final year of uni at LaTrobe. (That’s right, I’ve been with UNiDAYS for 9 years+). This time, I went to verify my account and they first told me my University didn’t exist. I thought all good, latrobe shepp is a small rural uni (although the other locations came up). They then said my uni email didn’t exist. They sent me around in circles for days (whilst emailing my student email TELLING ME IT WAS INVALID?!) Like are you kidding me?! Then they ask me to upload my student card, so I do. It doesn’t have a date of expiry on it (most student cards don’t because a lot of the time we don’t know when we will graduate as we change and extend courses). Student cards are also mainly used for entering buildings and using services AT SCHOOL. They are cheaply made so they don’t have a different date on each card. They said I needed a date. Apparently the only way to verify was for me to send a screenshot of my timetable…are you kidding? You think I can fake a student card but not a timetable? They are completely incompetent and don’t have the best interests for uni students at all. Apparently us rural uni students don’t matter. Absolutely disgusting service. Use student beans instead.
Codes are useless and stupid
Codes are useless as either anyone can get them and that they don’t include sale items but on every shop nothing is not on sale. Stupid no cheaper then discounts from regular shops don’t sign up for it waste of time
As well 40% is just filed with codes from adults shops which is really unprofessional as well the images used are not appropriate in the advertising of these
As well have to filter through loads of surveys which are all sex related just not needed on a discount code app please stop
Has stopped working with the Open…
Has stopped working with the Open University and they don't do manual verification using official documentation.

poor customer service
poor customer service. I am ACCA student and applied for unidays registeration , I have provided them with a letter from ACCA clearly mentioned my name and my active student status but they keep asking me to provide the letter. They have wasted my time and still no progress .I even provide them my student ID number so they can check with ACCA directly but they keep saying provide letter. I wish I could choose 0 star.

If I could give no stars I would!
I am studying my final year of a level 7 post graduate diploma in Human Resources management. I gave my NUS (totem) card as well as student beans. Through no fault of mine my course had to go from classroom to online. It’s hard work and I cannot understand why Unidays only offer their service to “student” with a college email address!
I have provided my confirmation letter of the dates of my studies, I’ve provided my ID even email and phone numbers for my tutors….,Unidays are a disgrace! Especially in the current climate where we are trying to save money!
My course cost just over £900. I’ve had to pay for the course and tuition fees myself as I also work full time!
Unidays you need to get your act together this is a disgrace
Poor customer service and support
I am having issue with verification of my new account as I accidentally made a typo whilst entering the email for verification. Have been trying to contact customer service for the past week but no response at all!
Unable to make a new account as the institution email is the same.
